Semi-Detached

“One of the best house I have seen in the village for a long time with a great balance between village life and the surrounding countryside. The house is bright and beautifully finished, and the top floor bedroom makes a brilliant main suite and the south facing garden adds the finishing touch.”
Graham Brown — Chantries & Pewleys

This attractive Victorian home sits comfortably within a well-regarded village, with easy access to miles of open countryside.

Inside, the house has been carefully updated and extended, creating a space that feels light, practical and ready to move into.

The ground floor works particularly well for modern life. A traditional sitting room at the front provides a cosy place to unwind, while to the rear the house opens into a generous kitchen, dining and family room. Rooflights and bi fold doors bring in excellent natural light and lead directly onto the south-facing garden, making it easy to move between inside and out. The kitchen is sociable without dominating the space, allowing the room to work just as well for everyday routines as it does for relaxed entertaining.

Upstairs, the accommodation is arranged over two further floors. The first floor offers three bedrooms alongside a family bathroom, while the top floor is dedicated to a principal bedroom suite. Set away from the busier parts of the house, it feels calm and private — ideal as a main bedroom for adults.

Outside, the rear garden enjoys a sunny orientation, with space for seating, play and outdoor dining.

Off-road parking completes a house that combines character, comfort and a strong connection to its surroundings.
