How much is my property worth?

Our valuation process starts in the offices. We use a number of online agency resources, along with our own archive of sold properties, to fully research your property and gather recent comparable properties. Directors of Chantries & Pewleys, Anthony Brown, Chris Dean & Richard Prynne, will then come to meet with you at your home and present this research to you, along with their appraisal of your property. All four of our offices are positioned with this in mind – the Guildford town centre office caters for those who need to be walking distance of a mainline station, the Merrow office covers the catchment area for many of our excellent state schools, the Shalford office covers our beautiful villages which are surrounded by some of the prettiest and most protected countryside in southern England. Our latest edition, the Cranleigh office is known as Surrey’s largest village offering amenities for all ages.
