Gavin started his estate agency career in 2006, working for a large high street chain. He later went on to work for a couple of smaller independent agents before joining Chantries (as it was then) in 2018 to help grow our market share.
After a recent break in property, Gavin was keen to return to agency and so we are delighted to welcome him back as a Director of our newly opened Cranleigh office.
Gavin brings with him a strong sales background in the local market, a genuine passion and revived enthusiasm for property.
Having grown up in Guildford, Gavin has a wealth of local knowledge. Since welcoming his daughter in 2019, Gavin’s extensive local pub knowledge has been extended to now include buggy friendly walking routes and the best soft play centres! When he’s not working, Gavin enjoys playing golf and is a big football fan.
