Gavin started his estate agency career in 2006, working for a large high street chain. He later went on to work for a couple of independent agents before joining Chantries (as it was then) in 2018 to help grow our market share.
In 2023 Gavin opened the now established Cranleigh office which covers some of the most desirable villages in Surrey and Sussex. Gavin has strong sales background in the local market, a genuine passion and enthusiasm for property.
Having grown up in Guildford, Gavin has a wealth of local knowledge. Since welcoming his first daughter in 2019 and second daughter in 2024, Gavin’s extensive local pub knowledge has been extended to now include buggy friendly walking routes and the best soft play centres! When he’s not working, Gavin enjoys playing golf and is a big football fan.
