Stephen Batterbury MARLA
With 36 years’ experience in the property industry starting in 1987, Steve’s career has taken him from Glasgow in Scotland, Southeast London and Kingston Upon Thames where he was a Director of a highly successful Independent Estate Agent. Steve has worked in both Sales and Lettings where he obtained his ARLA and NAEA memberships. Since 2009 he was worked in Guildford and has a very detailed knowledge of Guildford, Surrey Villages and Hills property market. Prior to joining Chantries and Pewleys, Steve achieved “Best Letting Agent” at the Surrey Property Awards in 2017 for his office.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family. They have a dog, two ponies, three chickens and two guinea pigs however, still finds have time to keep up football skills, together with also playing squash. Towards the end of 2008 he spent three months as a volunteer in Sri Lanka coaching football and teaching English at three local underprivileged Schools.
