Off the entrance hall to the rear of the house is the kitchen/dining room which is again of generous proportions. There is an excellent range of worksurfaces with base and eye level units comprising of cupboards and drawers with integrated Bosch stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, double ovens and a five-burner gas hob with extractor fan above. There is a tiled floor, large understairs storage cupboard and a door leads to the rear garden via a useful utility room which has a sink, worktops and integrated tumble dryer and space and plumbing for a washing machine.
On the first floor there is a linen cupboard and access to the loft space which houses the gas fired boiler and Megaflo pressurised hot water system. Doors lead from the landing to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom at the front of the house has a double-glazed window, built-in cupboard space and an en suite shower room, whilst the two further bedrooms at the back of the house (both with built-in cupboards) are served by the family bathroom.
Outside, there is gated access from the side path that leads into the rear garden which is approximately 30ft deep and has a patio area across the back of the house with a timber shed. The garden has an area of lawn flanked by flower and shrub borders and enclosed by panel fencing with distant view of St. Martha’s church. A gate to the rear leads to two allocated parking spaces.
