A modern and well-presented family home that was refurbished and extended by the current owners just a few years ago. The ground floor accommodation is exceptionally versatile with two receptions rooms, including a guest bedroom with en-suite, a utility room, and a downstairs WC. The open plan kitchen/dining room is the heart of the house, with high gloss units with integrated appliances, a breakfast bar, and bi-fold that open up onto the patio and garden. The first floor accommodation includes three bedrooms, the master bedroom benefitting from a en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony overlooking the stunning fields to the rear of the property. The remaining two bedrooms, with one of them having the feature of a vaulted ceiling and built-in storage, have use of the generously sized family bathroom. Outside to the front there is driveway parking for multiple vehicles, and a lawned area. Pathways to both sides lead to the rear of the house where there is an expense of lawn, a raised decked terrace and a beautifully landscaped sandstone terrace which enjoys a southerly aspect. The property backs onto a field and there is direct access through a gate.
NB photographs were taken in 2019 after the property was renovated.
