A substantial detached family sized house providing over 2,700 square feet of accommodation, including an annexe, and benefitting from a large south facing garden.

Close to the village infant school and railway station, this fine family home has a wonderful garden and private drive for several cars. There is space for a garden office or the house can easily provide a home office or annexe if required.

Our clients, who have lived at the property for many years, have adapted it to suit their family needs, hence the accommodation has been modified to offer dual occupancy.

Particular highlights include the 6 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor) and 4 living rooms, plus the conservatory. Properties providing such a wonderful private garden and such generous accommodation are rarely available.

Chilworth is surrounded by some of Surrey’s most beautiful walking and riding countryside with footpaths to St Martha’s and Blackheath close by.
